Meet The Eye Doctors

Dr. Stanley Pugh OD

Stanley W. Pugh is the founder of Family Vision and Contact Lens Center in Tacoma, and has been an Optometrist since 1966. He graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry, in Forest Grove, Oregon; having earned his Bachelors and Doctorate Degrees.

His first two years of professional life began in the U.S. Army, and since then has served the North End of Tacoma as a private practitioner.  He has also served our community in Kiwanis, and Volunteer Optometrists in Service to Humanity (VOSH), an organization traveling to third world countries to provide free eye care and glasses.
 

Dr. Nathan Gorham OD

Nathan W. Gorham joined the 'Family' in January 2000. He also graduated with a Bachelors and Doctorate from Pacific University, beginning professional practice in the U.S. Army in 1993. He departed the army and returns to serve the Tacoma neighborhood where he grew up.
