 Eye Examinations
Using
state-of-the-art equipment we will do a series of lens tests to
determine if you need corrective lenses to improve your vision.
It will be important to know if you are having any problems and
how you use your eyes for work, sports, or other pastimes. If
you need a correction, not only can we make you see better, in
many cases we can enhance your academic, occupational, or
recreational performance.
A typical examination at our office MAY include some or all of
the following tests:
- Medical history
- Measurement of visual acuity
- Pupil dilation ( evaluate the back part of the eye).
Intraocular pressure (Glaucoma)

Optical Dispensary
 Our optical
dispensary has a wide range of styles to fit a variety of
stylistic tastes and budgets. Our optician has long experience
and a respected eye for assisting you in your frame choice, and
is happy to help adjust or repair your eyewear in the event they
become damaged or are not fitting comfortably.

Contact Lenses
 We prescribe
and fit all major brands of soft and rigid contact lenses. We
also prescribe custom designed contact lenses for special needs.
Specialized fittings may include: Monovision, bifocal contact
lenses, astigmatism contacts, and Keratoconus.
We have
experience in modifying and polishing contacts. We take great
care to assure your eye health and comfort so that you can have
confidence in the contacts you depend on.

Contact Lens Training
We offer in-depth
training sessions for first-time contact lens wearers and for
patients switching between soft and rigid lenses. During these
sessions, we give the patients all of the information necessary
in order to feel comfortable in handling, caring for, applying
and removing contact lenses. After the training sessions, we are
available during business hours to answer any questions you may
have regarding your contact lenses.

Eye Surgery Co-Management
 We provide
surgery services under co-management programs with affiliated
doctors. You, the patient, benefit from the co-operative and
combined efforts of doctors working together on your behalf.
These surgical services include: Cataract surgery , Laser
surgery , refractive surgery and strabismic surgery.
We also
have working arrangements established with other specialized eye
care doctors to manage such things as retinal detachments,
retinal tears and hemorrhages. |

Insurance Assistance
We work with most of
the major insurance companies. However, with so many different
companies with each offering a variety of plans it is difficult
know all of the allowed fees without contacting them first.
Prior to an examination, we recommend that you review your
benefits with your company's representative, and have your
information ready when visiting us. |
